This model features LED lighting, photo-etched stainless steel windshield wipers, and is fully assembled and ready-to-run. It includes separately applied wire grab irons, air tanks, coupler cut levers, rubber MU hoses, and fine scale handrails molded in engineering plastic. The non-sound version has a 21-pin NEM DCC plug. It also has see-through dynamic brake and radiator fans, a detailed 4000-gallon fuel tank, and operates with precision gears for smooth and quiet operation. The model is designed for a minimum radius of 18 and a recommended radius of 22. Sound equipped models include an onboard Econami sound decoder by Soundtraxx, with engine startup sound sequences and NMRA compatible functions in DCC mode.
