The Brady's Crew took a trip this summer to Cass, WV for a scenic ride through "the Wild Heart of West Virginia". Our excursion cars were pulled by the #11 Shay, a historic steam engine once used for logging! Cass Scenic Railroad State Park is about 4 hours from Pittsburgh, in the scenic Monongahela National Forest.

Cats & Trains

You might not think of trains and cats going together, unless you're familiar with Chessie (the mascot of C&O railroad)! Chessie is a cuddly sleeping kitten which appeared on the marketing materials of C&O in the 1930s as a way to publicize air conditioned sleeper cars.

First tent sale of the year was a hit!

We had our first tent sale of the year on Sat. May 28th.

We set up 12 big tents and put out a variety of new and used items from multiple scales and manufacturers-- we had been saving up bargains all year in anticipation!
